Here are three lovely limericks submitted from a student that I met during one of my Sydney school visits this week. How very clever of you Natasha.
Limerick No.1
My friend Cain
Who comes from Spain
Falls down the drain
And when it rains
It causes him pain.
Limerick No.2
My dog Lee
Got bitten by a flea
And then it couldn’t see
Not even me!
Limerick No.3
My friend Mary
Turned into a fairy
I thought she was scary
Because she was soooo hairy
So now her name is Mary the hairy, scarey fairy.
